denim bandwagon

I couldn't help be apart of the denim bandwagon that has taken over lately. I remember the sad day many years ago that people told me to stop wearing my denim jacket and pack it away. Pretty sure I gave it away but found myself ready to try the look again recently. I really like it with bright colours and maybe some pattern. I didn't get a good picture of the bottoms of this outfit but plan to soon as they will be added to della nonna shortly.

I love the 50s feel to this dress(although it is vintage, it's not from the 1950s). The frills and of course the cut also make it simply beautiful. I wasn't crazy about the dress though until I saw it on this lovely lady who modelled it for me. Anyways, just wanted to share this dress and say that it is for sale on della nonna on the above link.

comfortably smart

These pants looked so adorable on my model, Brooklyn. They are full length(a petite full length I should add) but I preferred the look cuffed. They are a perfect blend of dress and casual. 

The blue and white gingham top will also be available on della nonna shortly.

Cotton Candy Silk

I found the most adorable little shop yesterday called La Vie Lente! It means the slows life(I will definitely talk about it more later). I bought this little message in a bottle necklace and I really love it. It is the only thing on this outfit that will not be for sale. Both the shoes and shorts were bought a while ago in hopes of wearing more often. You know how it works though. The blouse is nothing fancy but I do so love the cotton candy pink. And the silk of course!

Buttons and Layers and Edges Oh My!

I am so in love with this dress. The bottom has three layers but between all of the edges - you cannot distinguish where they begin. That right there add character to the dress and then you turn it around, and there are buttons and peep holes more layers - OH MY! It actually has belt loops and I left them on in case someone would like to use a belt with it. Can't wait to find a new home for t.is lovely piece/

flowers and rain

ahh... so much rain lately that I had to make a little pedestal for myself to get these pictures. 

Unfortunately I was in a rush and did not get proper detailing of these pants. They are so cute! They're super high and have an embroidered waistline. In a way they have circus-y look to them... I dunno! And these shoes are my favourite. Both will be added to Della Nonna shortly.

sail away

This little top make me want to just sail away. As if a simple striped sweater weren't enough... along comes the most adorable collar and, well... I will say no more. I'll be doing mini posts of clothes that will be coming available through out this week. So in no time at all this cute sweater can sail away with you.

oh camera!

here's the thing: I am not big into taking picture of myself in mirrors so this maybe a first time thing! I was just too excited after buying my first dslr camera this afternoon. It is my first REAL camera and I am so pumped to begin to learn to use it. I've been collecting items for the shop over the past couple months(I decided to wait to open it until there is a decent amount). The hard part is taking pictures when there is no camera. So, with the new camera, hopefully more posts and the grande opening of della nonna will be here shortly. Stay tuned.
